Tabu packages are shipped in plain brown boxes with no exterior branding. We keep the excitement inside the box, just for you.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc), PayPal, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Venmo, AfterPay and ShopPay installments.

Payments through our website are secure, all transaction data is encrypted and payments are PCI compliant (The PaymentCardIndustry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handlecreditand debitcardinformation.)

While we cannot make any guarantees, we do our best to honor cancelation requests within one hour after the order is placed. Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped.

If you believe there is an issue with your product, please contact us right away at support@heytabu.com. Our manufacturers adhere to strict quality standards, and we are committed to providing the best products possible.

Our massagers have a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. Outside of the 1-year warranty period we offer an extended 10-year warranty where you will be entitled to a 50% discount on www.heytabu.com to purchase a new device.

If you believe your massager is not operating as expected, or you have an issue with a non-massager product, please contact us at support@heytabu.com

Please check with your physician before use to confirm the products are safe for you. Our lubricant and massager should not pose any risk if you are pregnant. However, the lubricant is pH balanced for women and therefore can be "unfriendly" to sperm, so we don't recommend it if you are trying to get pregnant.

Every batch of our Aureum Lubricant is tested to ensure the pH level is confirmed at 4.0

Aureum Lubricant is pH balanced and made with aloe, hyaluronic acid, and active botanicalås to moisturize your tissues upon every application.

Our Nuri massager heats up to 97°f, which is just below your body's natural temperature. It should take about one minute to reach the maximum temperature.

All kits and massagers include a charger in the package. If you believe your order was missing its charger, please send us a message at support@heytabu.com

Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States & Canada, and expedited 2-day shipping is $18. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands have flat rate shipping fees ranging from $5-$20, calculated by the total weight of the order, and we do not offer an expedited option to these locations. Currently Prim Pillowsare unavailable for shipping to these locations.

Tabu cannot guarantee transit times or delivery dates. Below are the estimated transit times for orders after they have left our warehouse:

We offer expedited 2-day shipping for any orders that do not contain a massager.

Unfortunately we aren't able to offer express shipping on any orders including massagers. Due to carrier regulations, expedited (air) shipping is not available for items containing lithium batteries.

Carriers are selected based on their delivery performance to each location. Generally speaking, US orders shipped with free Standard Shipping are delivered by USPS, and Express shipping are delivered by UPS. Canadian orders are typically delivered by Canada Post.

No! Canadian orders ship from our warehouses in Brampton, ON and Vancouver, BC so there are no additional duties or fees to worry about as with a package crossing the border.

We currently offer subscriptions to our Aureum lubricant and Alby Body Oil.

You can choose to have your subscriptions ship every 30, 60 or 90 days. We send an email reminder 3 days before your next order processes. You can move your ship date sooner, push it later, or skip a shipment at any time.
