Shipping policy

 

Tabu currently only ships within the United States and Canada. If you would like us to ship to your country or region, please let us know by contacting support@heytabu.com

Your privacy is important to us. Our products ship in plain brown boxes, completely discreet and our shipping labels do not show "Tabu" in the return address.

We offer FREE standard shipping in the contiguous US. Please note due to carrier regulations Expedited (Air) Shipping is not available for orders containing massagers. Expedited shipping is available for orders containing all other products for $18.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands have flat rate shipping fees ranging from $5-$20, calculated by the total weight of the order. Currently Prim Pillows are unavailable for shipping to these locations.

Please note shipping to these locations may take up to 8 weeks.

We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days of confirmation. As often as possible, orders placed before 10am CST will be packaged to ship the same day, and orders placed after this time will be prepared to ship the following day. Please note there are instances where the carrier is unable to pick up on time, which can cause a delay of one business day.

In the event of higher volumes of orders, for example during the holidays, there may be additional delays to ship out packages. We always do our best to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible.

Based on inventory availability, orders for multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. We will send you emails with tracking information for each package, and you can always view the details about your order and shipments on your "order status" page. 

Tabu cannot guarantee transit times or delivery dates. Below are the estimated transit times for orders in the contiguous US after they have left our warehouse:

  • Standard shipping 2-7 days
  • Expedited shipping 1-3 days

Please note we are not able to reship packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Tabu offers shipping insurance for all orders starting at just $0.95. This insurance is handled internally by Tabu, and is not associated with any third party providers or websites. Shipping insurance covers your order in the event of loss, damage, or theft. Please note if you deselect shipping protection, Tabu is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. To file a claim, please contact support@heytabu.com. Please note shipping insurance is non-refundable once a package is marked "Delivered", or a "Lost in Transit" claim is filed.
